The Complete 90-Hour Live-Online Washington Pre-Licensing Program
Gateway School of Real Estate provides the official 90-hour curriculum required by the Washington Department of Licensing to earn your real estate broker license.
Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM PST via Webex. You get direct access to ask questions in real time, work through actual transaction scenarios, and review full video recordings anytime.
What You Will Learn
- Complete 60 Hours of Washington Real Estate Fundamentals and 30 Hours of Real Estate Practices.
- Learn statutory agency relationships (RCW 18.86), purchase agreements, and disclosure rules.
- Master transaction math: commission splits, prorations, property taxes, and closing statements.
- Take simulated practice exams designed around the official PSI testing blueprint.
